A animação até às 23h é bastante aceitável. O espaço da piscina também. Os quartos são renovados e as varandas são bastante espaçosas
A comida tem pouca variedade e pouca qualidade. Nem as saladas era boas e frescas, tudo enlatado. A fruta era uma desgraça. Para quem gosta de comer pizza e batata frita todo o dia, está bastante aceitável. As máquinas onde nos servimos de bebidas estão maior parte dos dias fora de serviço, em que todos os hóspedes acabam por só poder utilizar uma. Os snacks da tarde tinham uma máquina de bebidas fora de serviço a semana inteira. O horário da piscina é muito restrito e não respeitam o horário de abertura, mas quando querem fechar obrigam as pessoas a sair ainda antes do horário. Depois das 23h, há quem fique a conviver desmedidamente no recinto da piscina não deixando as pessoas descansar e o hotel não faz nada quanto a isso, mesmo reclamando. As bebidas alcoólicas já estão pre-feitas, em vez de serem preparadas na hora, nem sabemos o que contém (água) As camas, apesar do quarto renovado, eram antigas. O nosso cofre não funcionava, pedimos para ser arranjado, nunca chegaram a ir ao quarto.
